Genetics!!!

Today Friday 3rd of January we had a little workshop with the teacher Eduardo Camelo. In this workshop we learn a lot about genetics and all that stuff. One of my learnings is  that we (humans) have 22 chromosomes 21 are the normals ones but the #22 is the one who decide our gender, when we have an X chromosome it means we are female but if we have a Y chromosome it means we are male. Another learning is that the dawn syndrome (also known as the chromosome 21) happens when the pair 21 of chromosomes is not a pair is a trio. When this happens the baby that have this will born with dawn syndrome. One of the scientist wishes is that the understanding of genetics move on until we can manage our body to handle such situations.
